  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 kg boiled shredded chicken
  • 1 tsp. red crushed chili
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Spring roll/sam wrappers


Preparing the filling:
  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
  • Add the boiled, shredded chicken to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  • Incorporate red crushed chili, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning into the chicken mixture.
  • Cook the mixture for another 5–6 minutes on low heat until the spices are fully infused.
  • Allow the mixture to cool down for a few minutes.
Rolling the Spring Rolls:
  • Place a spring roll/sam wrapper on a clean surface.
  • Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto one side of the wrapper.
  • Roll the wrapper tightly, folding the sides in as you go.
  • Seal the edges of the wrapper with a bit of water to ensure it stays closed.
  • Repeat the process until all the filling is used up.
Cooking the spring rolls: 
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  • Carefully place the spring rolls in the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  • Remove the spring rolls from the oil and drain the excess oil by placing them on a paper towel.
