A day at Water Park Fresno is the perfect way to beat the heat!
The hot summer months have finally arrived in Fresno, CA, and you know what that means – time to visit You don’t want to miss the fun, but it can be hard to find the time to get away from your hectic schedule and head out of town for the day. If you live nearby, there’s no need to worry; a day at will help you make the most of those hot days while staying close to home. Here’s how!

THE PRICE
It’s no surprise that Fresno summers are hot, but did you know that Fresno has a water park? The water park is an amazing place to cool off in the summer water parks near fresno ca and have fun with friends. From lazy rivers and wave pools to fast slides, there’s something for everyone. The best part? It’s all included in the price of admission—no need to worry about paying extra fees on top of admission like other water parks require.

THE PERKS
- It’s an affordable option for families with kids of all ages.
- The park provides a full-service restaurant and bar that sells pizza, ice cream, and other tasty treats.
- There are plenty of rides for every age group, plus water slides with varying degrees of thrill levels and pools that kids can enjoy without their parents’ supervision. water parks near fresno ca
- For the best experience possible, go on a weekday during the school year when it will be less crowded.

HOW TO GET THERE
If you’re looking for a fun way to spend your summer days, head on over to and make some memories with your friends and family. The entrance fee is $12-$18, depending on when you go. You can also purchase season passes if you plan on going more than once this summer. One of my favorite things about water park Fresno is that they have lockers available so you don’t have to lug around your items all day. There is also plenty of food stands throughout the park with everything from chicken strips and french fries to ice cream and cotton candy. They have bathrooms too! I suggest bringing a towel or swimsuit because most people get very wet in the slides or in the wave pool which means it’s nice to be able to change into dry clothes afterward.
WHAT RIDES ARE WORTH IT?
There’s a little something for everyone. For those who like to go fast and high, we recommend The Summit Plummet or Tidal Wave. If you’re looking for more of a family-friendly experience, head over to the Lazy River and get some floating in. Even if you don’t want to be on any water slides, there are still plenty of other activities to do with your family: from climbing walls and playing games at one of our interactive areas to getting slathered with sunscreen by one of our helpful lifeguards. And if you don’t feel like being outside, then stay cool inside by playing arcade games or browsing through our gift shop for souvenirs (or both!).
WHAT RIDES SHOULD BE SKIPPED?
The Tidal Wave is one of the most popular rides in all of the so it’s no surprise that this ride has a wait time. The wait can be as long as an hour just for this one ride and sometimes it’s not worth the time. There are plenty of other rides you could go on in the meantime, and even if you think this ride would be fun it might be better to come back when there’s less of a line.
